Our 65m2, comfortable, holiday home is in a small gated residence of 22 holiday homes.  

 

A secluded, court-yard garden and terrace have wonderful views of the Mediterranean.

 

Ground floor: Entrance hall and WC

Spacious open plan area with:

Well equipped, modern kitchen with fan oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

 

Generous living area with dining table and chairs, sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi.

 

First floor: two double bedrooms (one double and two single beds), hairdryer, shower and WC.  

 

NB: Beds are equipped with mattress protectors, English and European pillows, duvets and blankets. Linen and towels are not supplied but are available for hire.

 

The outside space is terraced, laid to tile, artificial grass and gravel and is not overlooked.

 

The house has heating for cooler winter evenings and air conditioning is included during the warm summer months.
