Apart from July and August, the house is available for a minimum of two nights rather than whole weeks, making it ideal for a short break in the spring, autumn and even winter sunshine.
In July and August, changeover day is Saturday. Arrival 15.30. Departure 10.00.

Deposits and Cancellation
Prices for the property are for 7 nights in Euros
Prices for shorter breaks will be calculated
on a pro-rata basis.
Your deposit and cancellation policy will be explained in full in your contract
Cleaning
Normal end of holiday cleaning is included in the cost of your holiday. Any excessive cleaning will be charged from your deposit.
No smoking is permitted in the house. You may smoke on the terrace. Your refundable deposit will be forfeited if the cleaner has to collect cigarette ends from the terrace or garden.
